    Good way to start the day in your journey to a hea

    I'm just starting a new routine in the morning which includes for One A Day Men's 50 plus vitamin hyaluronic acid and a mushroom coffee blend called new brain. I have just started this routine about a week ago so I have limited information on the effects but after doing research prior to purchasing men's One A Day 50 had excellent ratings so I will have to continue taking to see if it really does make a difference but thus far I feel like I have more energy and I'm ready to go and start my day.

    Every day essential

    I got this for my husband and put on kitchen countertop. He keeps forgetting to take it. It's just one capsule a day and still a challenge for him to take it daily. It has all vitamins and supplements a man need for a day. I will need to remind him to take it again.

    This is a product for all

    This product is very effective and the taste is good. This vitamin is a high quality and wonderful product. It's nice that you get a couple months at a time. The amount you pay for this product is average. I love the large lid easy for opening.
