AGCAN Digital Meat Thermometer Instant Read Food Thermometers for BBQ Grilling Cooking

I just received this, but it is the fastest, most accurate thermometer I have ever used! I had a very good oven thermometer which used a probe and long silicon cable to keep the thermometer outside the oven. It was great while it lasted, but I had no idea how wonderful this particular model was! A probe extends from the box, allowing me to use it on the counter or grill for spot checks. Pulling the probe out on its hinge turns on the temp reader. The box itself comes with 2 cables and 2 hookups in the box so if I'm cooking something large or something that has thick and thinner pieces, I can monitor each area separately and cover a finished area with tin foil to prevent overcooking the thinner areas. Then the thicker part comes out finished to its expected temperature. Again, just plug in 1 or 2 probes and they turn on automatically. It's magnetic, so the box sticks to my refrigerator for storage or to the stove for monitoring either something on a burner or in the oven. The cords are the perfect length! I now also have a nice silicone glove for hot stuff, which works wonderfully! Always on the lookout for good burn protection! I am extremely happy with this purchase. I just hope it lasts awhile. I will update this as time goes on, but I'm extremely happy with this! Also, although it has written directions, its controls are intuitive and easy to understand, and the alarm which you can set if you wish is a nice loud sound above the din of conversations, etc. a real plus! There's a nice meat temp guide worth photographing for a tablet menu helper program or just hang somewhere handy. I can recommend this 100%!
