I have tried several brands but like this one with BioPerine. I do plan on buying it again. There are plenty of articles out there with various benefits. Do your own research to see if it's good for you.

Pain free living!
I work out 4-5 days per week and notice when I don't take my turmeric daily. I experience aches in my knees and inner thigh due to inflammation. This discomfort go away when I take turmeric. Highly recommend!
