Works well!
It does the job. I like that it's small and fits my tiny countertop. For me personally there are two flaws: first, I have to fill the water tank for each cup of coffee and I spill water almost each time while trying to aim for the right spot; second, if you fill a short cup it splashes coffee everywhere. You need a long one or have to elevate the short one as high as possible to get the coffee in and not around. Works well with KCups - no issues. Handles a full size travel mug too which is nice!
