This gets the job done. However, it only works for me if you take it before bed. They taste fine. I tried three and it didn't really work well, so I take four, which is the max to take at one time. It does its job the next morning, less than 12 hours. No bad stomach aches or diarrhea all day. If I'm gonna take these, I do make sure that I'm going to be near a bathroom because there is some urgency the next morning, but that my desired effect so no complaints.

Fast natural relief with no cramping!
I use these once a day every other week and they are so much better than the Mira fastest in i use these once a day every other week and they are so much better than the “Mira fast” and the “Dulcolax chews”. Fast relief without any heavy cramps. Dulcolax chews say “no cramps” but it's not true in my case. Mira-fast is too close to miralax and will give you watery “symptoms” lol. Definitely go with these, they're a bit more but they are natural, they work within minutes every day for me, and they havent messed up my normal bathroom habits. They get you back on track without having to do a nasty colon cleanse! They taste a bit like licorice but if you like black licorice then it'll be like candy for you. Still, they're worth even if you're like me and don't enjoy that taste, 5/5 recommend these

These were recommended to me after surgery and I have continued using on occasion when necessary. They are a gentle laxative, no worry about an explosive get-to-the-bathroom-yesterday feeling.
