Just turned it on for the first time and burned off the residue for half an hour as per the instructions, temperature reached 700 F. Really well made, bigger than I thought it would be, now with the price of meat and inflation I just need to start trapping squirrels so I can use it!!

Best Portable grill ever
We have been grilling on this grill over a year, love it. It's perfect for a two family household, but can be for a larger family. We grill at least 3-4 times a week. Never have had any problems. The only problem now we need to buy one for a gift and it's sold out. Help Pit Boss.
