Most everyone needs at three fry pans; one for single egg breakfast, one for weeknight dinners and one for family meals, whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner. Non stick is the way to go for easy cooking and cleaning. It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat. The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.
