Love this shampoo and thought I would order the refill instead of a new bottle, but how do you refill the original bottle? The original bottle top does not come off for easy access for refilling and the hole is so small you can't refill without some sort of a funnelYou should provide a funnel with the refill bag!! As of now I need to go and purchase a refillable shampoo bottle which now hasn't saved the environment or money.

Best shampoo!

This is my favorite shampoo! I have fine hair but a lot of it, it is in between straight and wavy. This shampoo gives me good volume, very little frizz and suds up really nicely without leaving any kind of residue. I have low and high lights and color stays nice as well. I have tried many others over the years but this one always wins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this shampoo to help rebuild the bonds in my hair. I have thick hair and had bleached it blonde for a couple of years and it really took a toll on the health of my hair. This shampoo is helping rebuild it along with the Kérastase serum I add to it afterward. It keeps it my strands moisturized and healthy like hand lotion on dry skin!
