Step 1. Uninstall the parts as direction: fill pipe-top cylinder head- valve plate assembly-cylinder sleeve- belower fan- piston rod.

Step 2. Install the piston ring on the piston rod.

Step 3. Insert the piston rod into the sleeve.

Step 4. Attach the piston on the shaft and tight the screw.

Step 5. Replace the both sleeve o rings on the valve plate assembly, then cover to the piston back.

Step 6. Torque the cylinder head on and install the other parts back as direction.
