Why the bad ratings?

idk why there are so many bad stars. it was a little hard to set up but I really like it and it's very comfortable. I say it's worth the money because lots of other chairs I see are just like those one but cost a lot more.

Worst gaming chair

Absolutely the worst gaming chair. i should've paid attention to the previous review. Screws don't go into place are too small. Assembling this gaming chair was extremely difficult and very poor quality. Trying to return it has been an absolute hassle. I highly DONT recommend this item!
