Nightlight Setting Cannot be turned off!!!!!

I bought 3 of these cool looking ceiling fans and could not be more disappointed. They look great and the fan runs great, but there is a “Nightlight” button on the remote. We pushed it to try it out and it will never turn off. The only way to get the nightlight to turn off is to turn off the power to the entire light/fan at the wall switch. When that is turned off you cannot run the ceiling fan alone. So, when you want to turn the light completely off and still have the ceiling fan running, the “nightlight” feature continuously glows. I have had multiple conversations with the manufacturer, and they deny that there is even a Nightlight feature on this fan! All three fans do this exact same thing. I sent the manufacture a photo of the remote showing the nightlight button and they told me that I will just have to return the fans. I have already paid to have the fans installed and they are up so this is really a problem! I really wish there was a solution to this other than having to disconnect the LED panel from the fan, therefore, having no more usage of the light from the fan. For the moment, that is what we have done to avoid having to have these taken down, and new fans installed. So frustrating that the manufacturer doesn't know their product well enough to give a solution on how to turn the nightlight feature off. Wish I had never bought three of these fans!
