Was packaged nice for shipping- arrived undamaged. The exfoliating sheets are ok, they dont last very long before having to change them - but they do work. They only worked for exfoliating my shin, did nothing to the hair so I still had to shave. As for the pink handles that you put the exfoliating sheets on -YUCK! As soon as i opened the package i could smell a not so pleasant odor. I even gand washed them using dome Dawn dish liquid and they still smelled gross.... kind of like a mixture of burnt plastic and mildew smell. Not sure why it smells like that cause the plastic is not burnt %26 theres no mildew on it. I ended up putting the sheets on a hard oval sponge to use the product because I couldn't take the smell of the plastic applicators that they send. if you don't have a lot of exfoliating to do I would recommend this.... but if you are sensitive to nasty smells then no I do not recommend this. I hope the seller changes what is using to make the pink applicators..... how is that bad it needs changed
