Cute tree but not totally as advertised

Cute tree but doesn't come with the stand as advertised in the picture. The base is cement and wrapped in burlap. Does not sit evenly very well as it is mostly top heavy. Have not fluffed it or decorated yet with a few months to go until christmas still. The stand is a big down side. Considered returning but not sure it's worth the hassle.
