Shipping was quick, the product was in great condition. The set up is easy and would take less than 10 minutes. The unit is compact, fits into the fridge easily, or can be on the counter as it is a good-looking unit. The filtered water tastes just okay, not great; but I am sold for the simple maintenance and the convenience of having filtered water without hauling the 5-gtallons water bottles around.
