Laptop after a year

Like the title says, have had this laptop for a year, biggest problem was graphic display issues. The screen would be completely black and would only fix if I did the keyboard shortcut to reset graphics card. Also whenever going to a new web page, for a bit everything horizontally below the mouse would be the previous webpage, moving with the mouse but then eventually going away. Backlight of keyboard would also be off as soon as logging into laptop, randomly turning back on hours later. Also got 5 dead pixels despite little movement of said laptop with it always being used on a desk indoors.
