Cooks EVERYTHING perfectly!

I have had a very similar Calphalon non-stick pan for 17 years and loved it until my daughter ruined it and just about burned my kitchen down in the process! I found this one to replace it because I really couldn't live without it. This one is even better than my old one! I hate using any other pan. I literally make everything in this pan and love it!
