Greatest Pans
Been using Commercial anodized for many years and we decided to upgrade. Try-ply is even better. Easy to use and easy to clean. I feel bad for the people who have a sticking problem but you have to practice, practice, practice, with good pans until you get it right. Once you do it is perfection!

I'm In Love
I have been using the Tri-Ply Stainless 12" regularly for a little over a month and I can't be more pleased. I have done everything from eggs, to chicken, steaks and veggies. The heat conductivity is beautiful. I hope that those who've posted negative reviews due to "sticking" do some further research. This is NOT a non-stick pan folks and some technique is required. Once you learn how to properly use you're pan you will enjoy it immensely and it will show in the results! I think I'm going to make chicken piccata tomorrow night. EXCITED!

DURABLE BEAUTIFUL TEXAS COOKIING
The Calphalon Tri-Ply omelette psn is beautiful and love the weight. It heats and cooks evenly and quickly. Cooks on low heat and is therefore easy to clean. The eggs retain their color and nutrients. Am looking forward to getting a 1-1/2 quart sauté pan for daily morning oatmeal and free range farm poached eggs.
