I loved my new knives....I say that in past tense, because after using them for only a week or so, my house burned to the ground in the big Valley Fire in California a couple weeks ago. I plan to replace them eventually because they were perfect in many ways...asthetically, as well as practically, considering the inset sharpening device in the block.
