Best pan set I've gotten by far. The non stick is great and the lids with strainers is a definite win! Looking forward to making many meals with these pans. They are strong and durable! Great product! The non-stick surfaces are truly 'non-stick' surfaces. I really enjoy cooking again with the ease of clean up. The way the heat is distributed over the entire cooking surfaces makes a world of difference, as well. The pans sit level without rocking on my glass top range. That's a real plus I hadn't even anticipated. I do hand wash and dry after each use (no dishwasher) and also use felt liners between each piece when storing to prevent wear and scratches and only wood or plastic utensils. This little bit of extra attention is, hopefully, going to payoff in the long run. I would definitely buy this set again and would recommend it to my friends and family! Thanks
