Comfortable, adjustable and great for women

I've been looking for 3 years to replace some Columbia slides that I wear year round as sandals in the summer and slippers with socks in the winter: I even tried ebay to find the same brand and style. Pros: Adjustable Velcro for a perfect fit (necessary when traveling and my feet swell). Really great arch support. Waterproof. Lightweight. Padded strap. Cushy, but not padded, insole. Cons: my preference would be a completely black sandal. Awesome buy for men and women.
