Tooth Pen

The stick does not come in a box. It is wrapped in a sticky piece of tough paper tape. To open it had to be soaked in hot water overnight and then another product (goo off) had to be used just to get the pen open. There are other less expensive products available. Perhaps it was exposed to heat and the wrap melted on the pen.
