This tea kettle was bigger than the pictures made it appear, but it's color was very accurate. It's sturdy, well-made, and a kitchen staple we will likely have for years. The only downside in the design is having to lift the whistling spout when the water is heated. You have to be careful to not get burned by the hot steam. It's a workable flaw, but something to be mindful of before purchasing.
