2 Touch Pros (1 with bling)

The product was just as described. We put them together and the minute we plugged them in they lit up! The bluetooth worked well my girls enjoyed the dimming feature of the lighting. 1 mirror (Platinum bling) stopped charging and would no longer light up (but red light indicated connection) Impressions immediately resolved the issue once I sent a video demonstrating no damage and that it was a charging defect. They had UPS come to the house (so keep your boxes) pick it up the next day we received a new one in about 8 days (as I live in NY it ships from California). This was our first purchase and I cannot say how happy we are with the product!

We recently discovered Impressions vanity company by and add on Instagram and am soooo happy we clicked on the add!!! We have purchase several products from the company and LOVE each of them! This mirror has been the perfect desk / vanity top mirror for my High School girls who need to listen to their music or talk to friends while getting ready!!! 5 stars from this household of Glamour Girls!!!!
