Fits a little baggy for my child I have a husky child who in a larger size for his age I don't know if that is why it fits that way, maybe an actual 12/14 yr old would be able to fit a large fine. I don't know what exactly "pill resistant" means but it is NOT stain resistant because after a few times worn has knee stains that are difficult to clean out.

i got them because my preschooler has to wear navy blue bottoms and these seemed perfect. easy for him to pull on and off. i just wish i had gotten more and a bigger size, he is between 5-6 and i don't see these fitting for the entire school year.
