It arrived a week ago, it is partially set up. The directions are crappy they only give you pictures. The first one shows the canopy on, so you get to figure that part out on your own. I can only get the first part of the legs to go up, I cannot get the second part up. You can't reach costumer service: I have called several times, no one answers, and you can't leave a message. I tried the email, 3 days later and no response. Not to mention, they may have sent the wrong size, but I won't know till it is set up
