Sean is such an asset to iSpring
Yet again I am so impressed with this company. Sean is responsive and helpful. We love our unit and I just wanted to make sure I was changing the filter correctly. He walked me through the process (which is actually quite simple) and responded in a timely manner. He then followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and correctly.

After Sale Service by Sean was Outstanding
Purchased this setup last year and it has been working flawlessly. Recently replaced all three of the filters, and suddenly had water leaking out the front of the machine. Contacted Sean and he worked with me to quickly send out new filters, which resolved the issue - it was a leaking RO filter.
