This is the Wal-Mart generic for Mucinex. I tried Mucinex and dreaded the high price for an OTC for chest congestion. I tried Walmart's brand and have purchased it several times during the cold and flu season. I have asthma triggered by cold air, dust, and mold and this combined with my asthma inhaler really helps to clear up the congestion in my airways. You should try this too...
