Whiteboards and More
I've ran a family child care out of my home for the last 30 years so my white board has gotten quite a work out. There were marks on my board that I've been trying to get off forever but this product has cleaned my board so that it looks like new and there were also marks on my table that came from markers that bled through papers that the children were drawing with this product removed the marks off of the table also.
Permanent ink? No problem!
I've had this dry erase kitchen calendar planner for probably 15 years and it's seen a lot of use. I cleaned it up with the remooble and it cleaned it up like new... but I'd been careful to use dry erase markers and even though I've had phone numbers and notes on there for long periods that didn't always clean up perfectly, the remooble cleaned it perfectly and immediately. The impressive part would be to see how well it works against it's claim to clean permanent marker! I've had dry erase boards where I work ruined by someone mistakenly using permanent markers so I tried a tiny test spot with a permanent marker (I was really skeptical) and remooble worked great! So to really test it, I got my dry erase (blue) pen and a marks-a-lot permanent pen (black) and wrote on the board and left it for a week... I tried wiping it with a dry cloth and the blue came off... but the permanent marker wasn't going anywhere... at least until I put the remooble on it! I'm seriously impressed. The spray is sort of thick so it won't run. Just spray the remooble on the permanent marker and it starts lifting the permanent marker off. Pretty much instantly you'll see the permanent marker come off. Initially it's a bit smeary/hazy but just re-apply again and it's clean! Not even a hint of the permanent marker left on the board. No tricks in the pictures, it really got the board looking new again. There's no nasty smell either! I'm going to clue my work into this stuff... could have saved some whiteboards!
Good Product
The Remooble Non-Toxic Dry Erase Whiteboard Cleaner Spray, 8 oz is a very good product. It is a strong product that does an amazing job removing old stains from old markers. Some cleaners do not completely clean a whiteboard and leave faded marker ink after use. This product will not only remove new markers but old markers that have really set in. It is a thick product that can be slightly more challenging with paper towels. The paper towels do not absorb this product well and can take a little more effort than usual. I appreciate that this product is odorless. I do not like the smell of heavy chemicals and am grateful that this does not linger. I have not tried this product on permanent markers. It is supposed to be able to remove them, but I would prefer not to test that claim. I would recommend this product for anyone with whiteboards to use this product every once in a while, to refresh whiteboards. The extra effort is worth using sparingly. I expect that this product will last a long time as it does not take much to clean a whiteboard. I am very happy with this product and have recommended to a couple friends.
