Bob's Red Mill was NOT the problem. Vendor was.
I had cancelled this order and not only did they continue with it,this vendor up charged and one bag was "taped". Not suspicious at all. WalMart made good on this but word to the wise-Check the reviews on Vendors and believe them. NO ONE actually wants to write "bad" reviews. We just want what we ordered as advertised w/out being stolen from. WalMart-please do a better job of vetting your marketplace vendors. (Do I throw this away or take it to a lab for testing? Wet%26clumped around tape.See pics.)
