After waiting 2 weeks after my promised delivery date, this rug was shipped all folded up so it arrived extremely wrinkled and creased to a point where it is not even safe to walk on it. After spending $200 on steam cleaning to get it to lay flat, it STILL has wrinkles that may or may not come out. I suppose time will tell but spending $1000 on a rug that looks like it was crumpled into a ball is quite defeating. I won't be ordering from this vendor or Walmart Marketplace again.
