Works great!

So far, so good! The dispenser is a decent size and remarkably light, yet it still feels nice and sturdy. I love that the little window in the lid slides open, so you don't need to remove the lid to fill it. I read reviews that stated issues with leaking and slow filter rates. However, we've had none of those problems. Our spout doesn't leak (as the directions say; if you think it is tight, tighten it some more). Regarding being slow to filter, it states right in the directions that it purposely filters more slowly than other brands to remove more contaminants - and that speed will also vary depending on how much needs to be removed from your water. In our experience, it's not very slow at all. If it starts getting low, refill it before you need more and then you don't need to complain about waiting :)
