When I started losing my hair and my finger nails started pealing I started using Biotin along with other natural things that my Mother use to use. I am still using the Biotin. I am taking 10,000 mcg. It has helped my nails a little but it has helped my hair more. I am no longer lousing my hair. My nails are still having problems.

Biotin is essential for hair, skin, and nails. The capsules are easy to swallow and relatively small. I don't think they help improve bone density, because I've been taking them for years and was just recently diagnosed with bone density problems.
