HOWEVER, one word of CAUTION: DO NOT LET THIS PRODUCT COME IN CONTACT WITH YOUR COUNTERTOPS OR OTHER SURFACES--IT WILL PERMANENTLY STAIN THE SURFACE PURPLE, and it's impossible to remove!!!
