This rug was purchased along with another one for my open concept living/dining area. The second rug was perfect and I am so glad I got it. Unfortunately, this one was the wrong size. That was my fault, not rugs.com. The size was exactly what it was shown to be on the website. I'm used to rugs actually being a bit smaller than stated. It was just a bit too large for the space intended. I had to send it back, but that couldn't have been easier. I was emailed a postage-paid shipping label, sent it back, and had a credit on my account within a couple of days. Rugs.com could not have been easier to deal with. I recommend them now to everyone!

Impressed Yet Again

Yet again, impressed with the quality. (This is my second rug from them.) After vacuuming, lays flat within a day or so. The colors are not quite as vibrant as the photos but it works well with my decor. The sticky residue on the top from manufacturing takes a while to wear off, but my dog doesn't seem to mind. ;)
