Siena 12x12 Hard Top Gazebo

Very sturdy with tons of parts. Definitely a 2 or 3 person job. Love the look. It's 11'2" not 12 '.

I'd rate the product as a 5 star- good materials, clear directions, assembled easily with all pre-drilled holes in alignment. My issue was with the order placement and customer service. The initial order was not processed completely so it never went through, customer service response was poor. When gazebo finally arrived it was actually more like 11x14, not the 12x12 we ordered. Again, poor customer service response. I couldn't verify with them that they actually had a 12x12 gazebo available. We ended up keeping this one and are happy with it.
