This rug is substantial and well-made, as well as beautiful. Pattern and colors would fit in well with both traditional and contemporary settings and decor. Colors are light and pleasing. I bought both an area rug and a hall runner and couldn't be more pleased: I expect both rugs will stand up to light to heavy traffic/wear.

Purchased two runners for a long hallway. Really wanted one continuous rug, but after months of searching I just couldn't find a pattern I liked in such a large size. Love the colors and how it lightens you the hallway. The wool is sturdy and good quality. I was worried that it might look like a nursery rug since many reviewers had purchased it for that purpose, but it does not at all.
