Website description Black and Actual color Silver

The item in the box do not match the description. It was sent to me twice, both times the item was silver not black and completely different styles. The item number on the box matches the website. Called Wal-Mart they sent the replacement but the replacement was same as the first. So, just requested a refind. Now, trying to find a replacement.
