Handy and so useful for multiple purposes.

So handy - great for avoiding cross contamination and not having to worry if any fine meat particles are still on cutting board after cleaning because you throw it away. Use these for all meat preps and use my wooden boards for everything else. Also great to take on picnics to put food out on such as prepared sandwiches or other items. Just put in trash afterwards and not worry about the messy trays afterwards. Also great for doing craft work.
