I bought the 5 x 8 and a smaller throw Fleur Rug- At first I wished it was a bit more "vibrant"-but it is a vintage style. After living with it, I really started to like it! It looks like a rug with a life- like an antique older rug in your family for years, and it is delicately elegant and calming- because of the green and gentle gold-easy on the eyes when I come down into my dining room each morning...My cats like it too, and won't be able to pull out tufts and shred it-they sprawl out on it happily.I have a forest green accent wall- I am calm in a complimentary wabi-sabi environment...there is a lot of the antique gold, so it feels balanced..I don't think it will show dirt fast either with the gentle blending old quality-so a great rug to live with!
