For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

I am surprised by how nice this runner is. I bought it for my kitchen to protect the recently refinished wood floor. Colors are really nice but not too crazy. Quality is great. I don't yet know how stain resistant it will be.
