Usage Instructions:
· Preparation: Start by preparing a saline solution. Mix one packet (2.7g) of Maoever specialized nasal wash salt with 300ml of warm distilled water or pre-boiled warm water (shake the bottle gently after tightening the cap), and do not use tap water directly.
· Positioning: Stand over a sink or basin, slightly tilting your head forward. Invert the nasal rinse bottle, positioning the nozzle upward into the nostril. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril, forming a secure seal to prevent leakage.
· Breathe with Mouth Open: Breathe through your open mouth, then press the button or valve (relying on atmospheric pressure rather than squeezing the bottle). Allow gravity to naturally release the saline solution. Water will flow into one nostril and drain out from the other.

· Rinsing and Cleaning the Nasal Rinse Bottle: Empty any remaining saline solution from the nasal rinse bottle. After each use, thoroughly rinse the bottle with warm distilled water or sterile water. Ensure it is completely air-dried before the next use. This product is made from Food-grade PP5 material, allowing it to be cleaned and disinfected with boiling water. However, it is recommended not to pour boiling water directly into the bottle, as high temperatures may cause the bottle to soften.
