What I like most about this cream is all the high quality and natural ingredients it has. This is a deeply moisturizing cream. I wouldn't refer to it as thick but it is definitely not a thin or light cream. I like to use this one at night right before I go to bed. It soothes my irritated skin like no other cream. It does have a strong herbal scent to it which I can't really describe. I like the scent in my opinion.

This cream works so well for dry skin. I can't speak to eczema but for dry skin from washing hands over and over, this stuff works wonders. It's thick but it absorbs well and doesn't leave oily residue.
