Sparta Weave Wall-Mount Vegan Leather Queen Headboard in Walnut Brown

The headboard came pre-assembled, an unexpected bonus, and it's well made. (photo 2) Looks like real leather and the color's a close match for other furniture, exactly what I hoped for! Size was just as described which is very important as our space is limited. My only complaint is that mounting cleats are fixed position, not adjustable. (photo 3) Because there's a window above the headboard we couldn't use them without partially covering it. So we simply set the headboard on the bed platform instead of attaching to the wall. This puts top of the headboard a little lower than I wanted but it's not a dealbreaker.(photo 1) So far this is working, but it'd be nice if the size diagrams had included position of the cleats not just overall length, width %26 thickness. FYI the included hardware is intended for use on drywall, if you have plaster or want to line up with studs you'll need different screws.
