It's fine for what it is, but don't expect it to blow you away. Pretty sure the include the 3 handgun pockets in the count for how many guns it can hold because you'll be hard pressed to fit more than 3, maybe 4, long guns in it, especially if they have optics. Of you're willing to cut up the included foam pieces then you can make better use of the space, but the way it comes it's a tight fit. For what I needed and how I intend to use it it's just fine. Setting up the code was a pain, the included instructions suck. If you can get it figured out though it works just fine.
