The photos given did not show the inside of the insulators. Usually there are four channels for the t-post. These channels help insure the insulators once installed will stay in place. Your insulators only have two channels. They may fly off the t-post with little effort. Deer are constantly jumping the fences, and grazing the line when they do. That is enough to dislodge the insullators.
