Game did not work

Seller said the game was tested and works, I went to start a new game and couldn't get but 30 seconds into the intro. I tried it on 3 different systems, all froze at the exact same spot every time. Thankfully walmart refunded my money. But maybe actually test the game by starting a new one before selling a useless game!!
