Perfect for using with Polar Flow app, but what I bought it for was to use with the Elite HRV app, and it works with it flawlessly. I didn't expect to be able to also connect it with my Apple Watch 7, but it connects easily, and I am able to use my Apple Watch to track my workouts, while using the h9's heart rate, which is much more reliable than my Apple Watch one. My Apple Watch has a tendency to lose HR for a minute once in a while, now that problem is gone. I literally love this thing!
