The product comes in 2 boxes. with the larger boxes dimensions being 21H X 31W X 48L . So any door wider than 21 inches should be ok. The bed size 42 x 70 is slightly wider than a Twin. Foam thickness is 5 inches approximately. The weight limit for sofa and sleeper portion is 700 lbs. The configuration is reversible. The chaise can be placed on either side. Seat height from Floor : 17.3 inches. The total depth of the couch from the front of the chaise to the backside of the back cushion is 54 inches. The depth of the sleeper portion ( not counting back cusions) is 42". It is sturdy and durable. Made of solid wood and microfiber/linen fabric (depending on style). The seat is totally 71 inches wide (between the arms). and the chaise part is about 1/3rd of that. Air leather is made of durable PU leather. The seat is about 21 inches deep. The height from floor to the top of back cushion is 23". The cushion filling is designed to suport weight without feeling too hard or soft. The product ships in 2 boxes. When assembled this is 1 piece. Height of arm from seat is 6.5 inches. Seat is 17.3 inches from floor. Width of seat cushion when just using as couch is 24.8".
