Very useful for confining two puppies at once. We have two 3-month olds, and this is used for their "rooms". We had no issues with assembly. All parts were in the boxes. It was shipped in two boxes that arrived on different days (seller did communicate this to us). Ideally they would have arrived on the same day since the directions work together. Because we assembled the first one completely, we had to partially disassemble it when the second arrived. It wasn't that difficult, though. No issues with screw holes or parts lining up at all. The only thing we don't like is the "stabilizing" inner black bars on one side of the pen. Not really safe for little pups, easy to get wedged in between them. We took all four bars off and the pen works just fine and is stable for our little pups (they are VERY small pups so this may not work out for bigger dog breeds). Would buy again. This has been great for us.

Don't waste your money

I was not happy with this product. It was made cheaply. The screws popped out after only a couple of days of installing it. I sent the company a review and told them I was not happy but I heard nothing from the company.
