This is one of the cereals that has been in my regular morning rotation for years now. It continues to be crunchy and filling - holding me over for the whole morning. This is great with summer fruit like apricots and peaches. A classic that has not changed. PLEASE don't change it.

I love the crunch and the flavor of this cereal. I feel like I am starting off my day right with something healthy. And it is lower in sugar than many other cereals yet still tasty. It's becoming harder to find this cereal locally, though. I am worried!

I love the crunchy flax flakes that do not get soggy in milk. They're quite delicious. I DON'T like that I can no longer buy the large box of flax flakes because you are no longer producing that size. We go through the small boxes rapidly and it's annoying to no longer have the large box available.
